Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate








This healthy Homemade Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate Recipe is creamy, chocolatey and bursting with peanut butter flavor! It's vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free with a refined sugar-free option (but can also be made with regular milk or cream)! This easy homemade hot chocolate is ready in 10 minutes!

  Ingredients



  1.  13 oz.  can full-fat coconut milk
  2. ¼ cup almond milk
  3.  oz  6 TBS bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
  4. ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  5.  TBS  granulated sugar or coconut sugar
  6.  TBS  unsweetened cocoa powder
  7.  tsp  pure vanilla extract
  8. 1/8  tsp  sea salt optional

Instructions

1.  Add coconut milk, almond milk, chocolate, peanut butter and sugar to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat.
