Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms


Ingredients

·      16 Oz Portobello Mushrooms
·      1 Lb Odom's Tennessee Pride Mild Country Sausage
·      1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
·      2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
·      3-4 Stalks Green Onion
·      5 Oz Mascarpone Cheese
·      1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese


Instructions

1.   Preheat oven to 400°
2.   Remove stems from the mushrooms and set caps to the side. Dice the stems and set aside
3.   Cook sausage until it is fully browned.
