Baked Lemon Garlicky-Herb Salmon with Roasted
Garlic Broccoli
Ingredients

- 1
cup broccoli
- 2
cloves garlic, minced
- 1
lemon
- Garlic
herb seasoning
- Dried
oregano (or herbs of your choice: rosemary, parsley, etc.)
- Extra
virgin olive oil
- Salt
and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Mix juice of 1/2 of lemon, EVOO, 1
clove of minced garlic, dried oregano, garlic-herb seasoning, salt and
pepper in small bowl.
