BROCCOLI NUGGETS RECIPE
A chatpata aperitif that you will love! These Cheesy Garlic Broccoli Nuggets will be an absolute party hit that you can serve with an Achari mayonnaise for a dip on the side.
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16-ounce bag of broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Then, place the broccoli florets in a food processor and beat until finely chopped.
Add eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasoning to the vegetable mixture. Process a few pulses until they are all combined.
Using a small cookie spoon, place the vegetable chip spoons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently press it down so that all the nuggets are the same height.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Happy Cooking Time.
