Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes with Cream of Mushroom Soup

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

·         1/2 cup milk
·         23 oz can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
·         2 1/2 pounds potatoes - peeled and sliced
·         2 tablespoons butter - cut up into little pieces
·         1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
·         one small head of broccoli - chopped small
·         salt +pepper

Instructions


1.     Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2.     Mix your milk and Cream of Mushroom soup into a bowl.
3.     Put half of your potatoes into a large casserole dish.
