Chocolate Pudding

Easy and delicious, this rich chocolate pudding recipe is one of our favorite desserts! 

Ingredients

·         1 1/3 cup organic cane sugar

·         2/3 cup organic cocoa

·         1/3 cup cornstarch

·         pinch of salt

·         4 1/2 cups Horizon Organic Reduced Fat 2% Milk

·         3-4 tablespoons Horizon Organic butter

·         1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1.     In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and cornstarch. Mix well. Add in cold Horizon Organic milk, whisk until combined. 

2.     Increase heat to medium, stirring constantly until mixture reaches a boil.
