Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of oil or line with parchment paper and set aside.

Then, blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove them and shock with cold tap water to stop cooking. Drain well.

Finely chop the broccoli and mix well with the egg, onions, cheddar, breadcrumbs and seasoning. Pour about 1.5 tablespoon of the mixture using an ice cream scoop or your hands and gently squeeze between your hands into a firm ball, then shape it into a tater-tot shape. It is helpful to wash your hands every few small times to prevent them from sticking to your hands. Then place on your prepared baking sheet.
