INSTANT POT BAKED POTATOES (WITH CRISPY
SKINS)
Prepare
delicious instant baked potatoes in your electric pressure cooker! Making
potato baked cooker is so easy, and the resulting baked potato is way better
than a potato in the microwave!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- Kosher salt optional
- Olive oil optional
- 4 - 8 medium potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
First, Add
1 cup of water and a trivet or steamer to Instant Pot.
Then, Stitch
each potato five times with a fork and place on the underside of the dish. Make
sure the potatoes do not touch the water.
Set to
MANUAL, HIGH pressure for 12 to 18 minutes depending on the size of the potato.
The pressure cooker will take 7 to 10 minutes to put under pressure.
Release the
pressure naturally for 10 minutes before releasing any remaining pressure and
opening the lid.
While
releasing the pressure, preheat the grill at high intensity.
Place the
potatoes on a baking sheet, rub with olive oil and sprinkle generously with
kosher salt. Grill for 4-6 minutes until the skin is crisp.
