No-Bake Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Pie
This peanut
butter vegan pie is baking, unbelievably decadent and secretly healthy!
Ingredients
- ½ to ¾ c. peanut butter
- 1 container sugar-free Cool Whip
- 1 c. granulated Splenda
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
- 2-3 sugar-free peanut butter cups found in the sugar-free candy aisle
- sugar-free chocolate syrup
Instructions
First, In a
large bowl beat the softened cream cheese and Splenda together until smooth.
Then, Add ½
cup of peanut butter and mix well.
Stir in the
entire sugar-free Cool Whip container until all is well mixed.
Pour into a
pie pan. (You may want to line wax paper because it is a rindless pie.)
Sprinkle
with chocolate syrup without sugar.
Cover with 2
or 3 cups of peanut butter crushed without sugar.
Cool in the
refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
