Skillet Honey Mustard Chicken

 

 

 

Deliciously tender and flavorful honey mustard chicken, cooked in a skillet stove top.

Ingredients

·       4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

·       Salt and pepper

·       1/2 tsp Paprika

·       1/2 tsp garlic powder

·       2 Tbs olive oil

Sauce

·       2 tablespoons butter

·       2 teaspoons minced garlic

·       1 1/2 cups heavy cream or whole milk

·       1/4 cup honey

·       1/3 cup Dijon mustard

·       1 Tbs spicy brown mustard

·       1/4 teaspoon paprika

·       1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

·       salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.    Place chicken between pieces of plastic wrap, and use a meat mallet to pound chicken until even thickness

2.    Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper on both sides.

3.    Put olive oil in a large skillet, and turn on to medium heat.
