Crispy Roasted Cauliflower with Cheddar


Grilled cauliflower with crispy, tangy white cheddar and freshly grated Parmesan cheese is one among my favorite side dishes for fall and Thanksgiving dinners!

INGREDIENT
1 large cauliflower
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
½ teaspoon chili
Fresh ground pepper - a pinch of fresh
8 ounces of sharp white cheddar - grated
4 oz. Grated Parmesan

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 450 ° F (230 ° C) and take away florets from cauliflower heads. Cut the large one in half.
