DILL PICKLE CHEX MIX


Dill Pickle Chex Mix - my all-time favorite Chex mix! Chex cereals, bagel chips, pretzel sticks and cashews are coated with pickled butter and ranch herbs and baked until crispy and delicious.

INGREDIENT
8 cups Chex corn or rice cereal
2 cups bagel chips
1 cup pretzel sticks
1 cup chopped cashews
6 tablespoons of melted butter
1 pkg. (1 oz) Dried Farm Seasoning
1 tablespoon of pickled dill juice (from a jar of pickles)
1 tablespoon dried fennel
1 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 250F.
2.In a large bowl, combine the Chex cereal, bagel chips, pretzel sticks, and cashews.
3.In a separate small bowl, beat together the butter, seasoning, pickled dill juice, dried fennel, and garlic powder.
4.Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir gently to form sure everything is well coated.
5.Transfer to an outsized , framed baking sheet.
6.Bake within the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every quarter-hour .
7.Transfer the Chex MIx to parchment or foil until completely cool before serving and storing.
8.Store in an airtight container at temperature for up to 2 weeks.
