KETO LOADED CAULIFLOWER AU GRATIN
Our filled cauliflower cooked is that the perfect entremots to any meal also as being keto and low in carbs. you actually won't miss the potatoes here!
1 stick of butter
½ small onion, diced
2 teaspoons of xanthan gum
1 cup of cream
1 cup soured cream
½ lb. bacon, cooked, chopped rouch
2 tablespoons grated cheddar
½ cup of grated parmesan
2 cauliflower heads, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Green onion or scallion , chopped
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2.In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Cook the cauliflower until tender with a fork. Remove from water and put aside . Wipe the pan. Warm again.
3.Sauté the onions in 1 tablespoon of butter. When the onions are clear, slowly add the xanthan gum. Stir to combine . Gently beat half the cream and every one the soured cream .
4.Add the spices, bacon and half cheddar . Remove from fire. Set aside.
5.Add the remaining butter and cauliflower cream and mash. Hand mixers work great for creating them smooth.
6.Divide the cauliflower puree during a butter casserole dish. Pour the white sauce over the mixture.
7.Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, parmesan and spring onions.
8.Cover with foil and bake for quarter-hour
9.Remove the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes
