Keto Pizza Muffins




These Easy Keto Pizza Muffins are crammed with Italian sausage, marinara, and cheese! These gluten-free, keto-friendly pizza bites contain but 3 net carbs each and are perfect for meal preparation!

INGREDIENT
For Keto Pizza Crust
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
2 ounces of cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons of ground flax flour
For the pizza topping
1 pound italian sausage, cook and drain
1/2 cup low-carb marinara
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine grated mozzarella cheese and cheese . Heat at a speed of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until completely melted. Add almond flour and ground flax flour.
Stir the dough well until you've got a soft ball
3.Between two baking sheets of silicone or parchment paper, roll the dough into a rectangle about 12x9 in size.
4.Using a kitchen utensil or the highest of a jar, cut 12 circles and gently press them into the greased silicone or muffin tin.
5.In another bowl, combine the cooked Italian sausage and marinara.
6.Pour the cooked sausage mixture into each mug and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
7.Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
