SIMPLE BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE
Simple Blueberry Cobbler recipe made with delicious cookie and blueberry mix. A favorite summer treat that's so easy to make over and over again!
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cup granulated sugar divided
- ¼ cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 4 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour divided
First, preheat the oven to 375 ° F and lightly grease an 8 × 8-inch baking dish.
Then, in a large bowl, combine blueberries, ¼ cup of flour and 1 cup of sugar. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
In another large bowl, combine 1 cup of the remaining flour, ¼ cup of the sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Add the egg, milk and canola oil and stir until combined. The dough will be thick.
Drop the dough over the blueberries in tablespoonfuls, covering as much of the fruit as possible (it
won't cover completely!).
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is golden and blueberries are thickened and bubbling.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
Happy Cooking Time.
