Umami Bomb Tofu
The 20 Minute Umami Bomb Tofu may be a savory explosion! this is often an excellent salty combination of grilled tofu mixed with sauce with gluten-free tamari, syrup , garlic, and thick Dijon mustard. Perfect in rice bowls, salads, scrubs, lettuce cups and tacos!
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 block extra hard tofu, dig small cubes
2 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of water
4 teaspoons syrup
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1.Place the non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add oil. Add tofu and cook until the tofu is golden on all sides, about 10 to 12 minutes.
2.When the tofu starts to brown, beat the remaining ingredients.
3.Reduce heat and add sauce. Stir the tofu continuously until the sauce thickens and therefore the tofu comes off, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
