Whole-grain buckwheat & chia bread
Warm bread, natural vegan, and gluten free. Perfect for garnishing with avocado, hummus, or peanut butter!
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 glass of water
1 and 3/4 cups of buckwheat porridge, soak in water for two hours, then drain and rinse.
2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon syrup
2 teaspoons leaven
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.Beat the chia seeds and water during a bowl. put aside and let it "gel" for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 320 F and line an 8 × 4 baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Place chia seeds, grits, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, olive oil, syrup , leaven and salt during a kitchen appliance .
3.Mix for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is combined.
4.Distribute the dough evenly on your bread pan.
5.Bake, 1 hour quarter-hour , until bread is tough to the touch.
6.Remove from oven and let cool for quarter-hour , before removing the bread from the pan and allowing it to chill completely on a wire rack.
