Banana and Nutella Cake



Banana Nutella Cake - a delicious Nutella swirl cake! Use ingredients from your cupboard and bananas from your fruit bowl and bake this easy but delicious cake.
The marble Nutella swirl thereon is one among my favorite things about this cake. Banana cake is usually an excellent thanks to use bananas that are past their best, and adding Nutella will only make it better, right? i do know Nutella didn't last long with me, it is a real favorite here. this is often a simple banana cake recipe with great results.

INGREDIENT
115 g unsalted butter
170 g of castor sugar
2 medium eggs
3 ripe bananas, puree
2 teaspoons leaven
300g flour or use automatic yeast flour and 1 teaspoon leaven
1 pinch of salt
5-6 teaspoons of Nutella

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (fan).
2.Beat the butter with sugar, then crack the eggs and blend well.
3.Stir within the banana.
4.Add flour, leaven and salt. Stir until well blended but don't mix well.
5.Place the mixture within the greased cake pan. i exploit an 8 inch deep box.
6.Add a Nutella spoon and use a knife to grease it into the cake batter.
7.Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until skewers are clean. If the highest is just too brown, cover the cake with foil for the last ten minutes.
