Cheese Paratha


Cheese Paratha


Paratha cheese tastes best when served hot. But you'll also keep it during a kids lunch box. It feels good at college . you'll serve it with pickles, chutney, or ketchup.

INGREDIENT
To make dough:
Whole flour / Atta: 2 cups
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Water: but one cup
Flout: ¼ cup for cleaning dust
To make a filling:
Onions, finely chopped: ½ cup
Finely chopped cabbage: ½ cup
Finely chopped paprika: ¼ cup
Grated mozzarella cheese: 2 cups
Pizza seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Cold flakes: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 1 tbsp
Pinch salt

INSTRUCTION
1.In a bowl, take the atta, add salt and a touch water at a time and knead the soft dough.
2.Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
3.In a saucepan, take the oil, add the onions, stir and cook until they're pink and tender.
4.Add peppers, cabbage and salt.
5.Stir well and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender and dry.
6.Now add the pizza spice and chili flakes.
7.Mix and switch off the warmth .
8.Transfer to a plate and chill.
9.After the mixture cools, add and stir the cheese.
10.Now remove the dough and knead again.
11.Divide into 5 pieces and roll them into ball shapes.
12.Take a ball and dip it in dry flour.
13.Clean the additional flour and roll it into large circles 6 inches in diameter.
14.Place an honest amount of fill within the center and fold it into a square shape as shown within the video.
15.Dip the box up dry flour and roll gently.
16.Use soft hands and check out to stay the form square.
17.Now heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
18.Place the rolled paratha on the pan and cook until you see brown dots.
19.Turn and lightly oil the parathas and squeeze the parathas gently employing a spatula.
20.Now turn the paratha over and put a touch oil thereon side and spread it everywhere the paratha.
21.Turn it once or twice in order that the edges cook properly.
22.Once the parathas are ready, serve hot with spaghetti sauce .
