Chorizo Hash Recipe


Chorizo Hash is super easy to form and always fashionable the entire family! you'll never have enough potato recipes, and these crispy, easy-to-burn chopped potatoes are another winner. Potatoes are cooked with onions, chorizo, and garlic for a flavorful meal. Serve it for breakfast or as a entremots - for breakfast, serve these chorizo potatoes with fried or poached eggs and for dinner maybe a grilled steak or grilled fillet .

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of potatoes - see note 1
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cups raw chorizo sausage - see note 2
1 onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 cloves of garlic
For garnish
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cut the potato into pieces, no got to peel.
2.Bring a pot of water to a boil then add a tablespoon of salt.
3.Add the potato chunks and convey the water to a boil. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, until cooked. Then drain well and let it dry a touch . (see note 4)
When the potatoes are cooked:
4.Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
5.Place an outsized oven-safe skillet / skillet over medium heat and pour within the oil.
6.Add the chopped onions and cook until they begin to melt (3-4 minutes)
7.Add the chorizo sausage and use a spatula to interrupt it into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sausages are cooked and start to crisp in several places.
8.Add paprika and blend .
9.Use a slotted spoon to get rid of the chorizo and onions from the pan, leaving the oil behind.
10.Add the drained potatoes to the pan and blend well to coat them in oil. Cook over medium-high heat for 7 to eight minutes until crispy and golden. (see note 3)
11.Return the chorizo and onions to the skillet and blend well. Season with S&P and red pepper flakes (if desired) and garlic. Cook briefly until everything is combined.
12.Serve with parsley.
