Tiramisu Poke Cake is similar to tiramisu, but easier to prepare. It's incredibly humid. And it tastes amazing. I could eat the whole cake at one time.

  • 1 can of 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can 8 ounces of cold high brew coffee - Double espresso
  • 1 8-ounce container of mascarpone cheese at room temperature
  • 1 box of white cake mix plus ingredients listed on box
  • 1 12.5-ounce container Room temperature organic vanilla frosting
  • 1 4 oz Sunspire Fair Trade Organic Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar

First, prepare a 9 X 13 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray and preheat the oven as directed on the box of cake mix.

Then, mix the cake with the requested ingredients according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Place the dough in the prepared baking dish and bake according to the size of the mold on the box.

In a medium bowl, whisk together cold high brew coffee and sweetened condensed milk.

Immediately after taking the cake out of the oven, poke holes in the top of the cake. Using the end of a wooden spoon, make the holes 1 1/2 inches apart.

Gently pour the coffee mixture evenly over the top of the cake.

Refrigerate the cake until it cools.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth and slightly fluffy, about three minutes.

Add the healthy organic vanilla frosting and beat until well combined.

Spread the frosting all over the cake.

Using a zester, grate Sunspire Fair Trade Organic Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar and sprinkle evenly on top of cake before serving. Happy Cooking Time.
