Hawaiian Ice Box Pie

This frozen Hawaiian pie is an unbaked snack which will be enjoyed all year round. the sole tricky part is expecting it to chill before you eat it.

1 pan, 10 inches deep cracker crust
1 block of sentimental cheese
1 14 ounce can of sweetened milk
2 tablespoons of fruit juice
1 tablespoon orange rind
1 small lime and grated peel
1 8-ounce can of mashed pineapple, drained
1 8oz bottle of sliced maraschino cherries, plus more for garnish
1 medium banana, diced
1/2 cup grated sweet coconut
1/2 cup chopped and toasted pecans or macadamia walnuts
1 8 ounce container of frozen, thawed whipped topping Or 3 cups fresh sweetened topping

1.Whisk cheese , sweetened milk , fruit juice and grated skin, juice and peel. Shake for two minutes until blended.
2.With your hands, add the crushed pineapple, chopped maraschino cherries, diced banana, coconut and 1/2 container of whipped topping.
3.Distribute evenly throughout the crust of the pie. Cover and chill for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
4.Sprinkle with roasted macadamia nuts and remaining whipped topping. Garnish with additional maraschino cherries, if desired.

The [10] inch graham graham crust i exploit during this recipe is slightly larger than the quality cracker crust. On the packaging it says "2 additional servings".
