One of the simplest salmon recipes is Honey Garlic Salmon. It tastes winged, sweet, and sticky with simple ingredients. It only takes quarter-hour to cook salmon dinner!

12 ounces of salmon, dig 2-3 fillet strips
black pepper
1 pinch of germander speedwell chilies
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons apple vinegar or juice
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 lemon, dig pieces
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1.Season the surface of the salmon with salt, black pepper and germander speedwell chilies. Set aside.
2.Combine honey, water, apple vinegar or juice and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine well.
3.Preheat an oven-resistant skillet (preferably a forged iron skillet) over high heat. Add vegetable oil . First, fry the salmon skin side down for about 1 minute. Turn the salmon over and cook for 1 minute. Turn it over in order that the skin side is facing down.
4.Add garlic to skillet, saute until browned. Add the honey mixture and lemon slices to the skillet, reduce the sauce until sticky.
5.Finish by broiling the salmon within the oven for 1 minute or until the surface is slightly charred (optional step).
6.Garnish the salmon with parsley and serve immediately.
