Raspberry Balsamic Glazed Meatballs
Slow Cooker Raspberry Balsamic Meatballs are the perfect glazed meatballs for a party! Raspberry jam, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings make these slow cooker frozen meatballs the perfect appetizer recipe!
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of raspberry jam
- 2 lbs fully cooked frozen meatballs
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
First, spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and add frozen meatballs.
Then, in a saucepan, combine the raspberry jams, sugar, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes and ginger and cook until the preserves are melted.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
Cook on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 hours and on Low for 5 hours. Stir occasionally. Make sure they are fully cooked.
Serve with toothpicks.
