Salted Caramel Banana Cream Pie


Homemade custard, fresh banana and thick salted caramel with a buttery pie shell . the simplest banana cream pie!
The key to creating this salty caramel and banana cream pie is that the homemade pudding. it is a simple base for a dessert, but very like the times when everything was slowly baked and done by hand. i can not leave this alone! you'll season with pure vanilla or vanilla beans. Vanilla beans are just a step further.

INGREDIENT
Custard:
2 cups half or milk (divided)
3/4 cup sugar (divided)
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons of flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla or 1 vanilla pod
2 tablespoons butter
3 bananas, sliced
Fresh Fruit (sprinkle over the banana to stop browning)
Whipped cream:
1 cup cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup salted caramel sauce during a jar or house
Salted caramel:
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream
1/2 - 1 teaspoon of flakes of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Custard:
1.In a medium saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups milk and 1/2 cup sugar over medium heat and convey to a boil.
