Slutty Brownies


This slutty brownie is that the most over-the-top dessert you'll ever try. they need a chocolate chip cookie base that's soft and chewy, layers of Oreo cookies, and brownies that melt on top! This recipe is 100% from scratch and is certainly the sweetest brownie recipe ever.

INGREDIENT
Chocolate chip cookie layer
1 cup unsalted butter, melt and chill
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, aka flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

24 Oreo cookies
Brownie Coating
2/3 cup unsalted butter, diced
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate *, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of chocolate
1/2 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTION
1.Preheat oven to 350F (180C) degrees.
2.Line a 9 x 13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper and leave the overhang on the side.

3.Beat melted butter, sugar , and white sugar.
4.Add the eggs and vanilla .
5.Using a mixer on low speed, add the flour and salt.
6.Turn off the mixer and add the chocolate chips employing a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
7.Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet and grease it lightly with a spatula.

8.Place the Oreo cookies on top of the cake mixture, press lightly. I even have 6 rows of 4 cookies.
Brownie Dough
9.Add butter and chocolate to an outsized heat-resistant bowl. Microwave on medium heat for 45 seconds, stirring between the 2 , until melted.
10.In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar.
11.Beat the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
12.Gently add the flour, chocolate and salt employing a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
13.Pour the brownie mixture over the Oreo biscuit layer and grease the highest as required .
Cook and funky
14.Bake the brownies within the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until the inserted toothpicks are dry or with a touch damp crumb. If you see the highest beginning to burn, cover it with foil and continue cooking. I'll check my 45-minute brownie just just in case .
15.Let the brownie cool completely (at least 4 hours) before slicing for a clean, even cut.
Store leftovers at temperature in airtight containers for up to 4 days.
