Steamed Sticky Rice Meat Balls

half a pound of hamburger
2 spring onions, chopped
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon soy
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
half a teaspoon of white pepper
half a teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of sugar
half a cup of raw sticky rice (I soaked the rice in water and chilled it overnight, this is often how my mom does it, if you do not have enough time to be useful, just using raw sticky rice will work too)
1.Mix hamburger , egg, scallion , cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, salt and sugar until blended during a bowl.
2.Roll the dough into two bite-sized meatballs together with your hands.
3.Place the sticky rice on a flat plate, coat the sticky rice gently and evenly.
4.Enter the meatballs into the steamer, after the water starts to boil, steam for about 20 minutes.
5.Garnish with chopped fresh green onions to serve hot.
