Vanilla Raspberry Chia Pudding

You'll love this creamy vanilla and raspberry pudding! Mix all the ingredients quickly before bed, let the pudding sit overnight, and awaken to a healthy and satisfying breakfast that tastes like dessert!

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup cow's milk, almonds, coconut ... your favorites!
1 tablespoon honey or rice malt syrup or pure syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 juice
2 tablespoons optional Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of chia seeds

1.In a bowl of your kitchen appliance or blender, combine all ingredients except the chia seeds and grind until smooth. Taste and add more sweetener if necessary.

2.Pour the mixture into two jars. Add 1.5 tablespoons of chia to every jar.

3.Cover and shake well to feature the chia seeds.

4.Let the chia pudding sit for about 1 hour, then shake it again and let it sit within the refrigerator overnight. Eat with a spoonful once you awaken within the morning 🙂
