WHITE CHOCOLATE LEMON TRUFFLES
If you're keen on lemons - or know someone who likes them, then you want to make these White Lemon Chocolate Truffles ASAP! i do know the word "truffle" sounds intimidating, but I assure you it is easy to make! With the vacation season before us, they create an excellent homemade gift for the lemon lover on your list. They also make a stunning treat, unexpected but delicious when added to your Christmas cake tray! People will invite the recipe!
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
seasoning from 1 lemon
3 tablespoons heavy topping
1/2 teaspoon flavorer
2-3 drops of yellow coloring (optional)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1.Place chocolate chips during a medium bowl and put aside .
2.In a small saucepan, melt the butter with lemon peel . Stir in cream and convey to a boil (bring to a boil before boiling). Pour the cream mixture through a fine sieve over the chocolate chips. 3.Add flavorer and optional coloring and blend thoroughly.
4.Cover and chill the chocolate chip mixture until the mixture is robust enough to handle, about half-hour.
5.Pour into a teaspoon of the chocolate chip mixture and form a ball. Roll the ball in granulated sugar.
6.Refrigerate the truffles for a minimum of half-hour before eating them.
Store truffles within the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Freeze for up to 1 month.
