Burrito Style Cheeseburger Wraps

Burrito Style Cheeseburger Wraps

Imagine a cheeseburger rolled up into a delicious burrito. This easy burrito recipe combines two all-time favorites: cheeseburgers and burritos. Perfect for a quick weekday meal or for your next tailgate. Try this recipe today and turn your imagination into reality.

  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • tomato slices
  • salad
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped dried onion
  • mustard

First, brown and crumble the ground beef in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any fat. Add the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, minced onion and salt and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.

Then, reduce heat to low and allow mixture to heat completely, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla. Add a few tablespoons of the beef mixture over the cheese. Pour a little mustard (and more ketchup, if desired) over the beef, then add a few slices of tomatoes. Roll each tortilla burrito style.

Place wraps, a couple at a time, on a preheated indoor grill and broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Carefully remove the husks from the grill and place them on a plate. Gently untangle the wrap to add lettuce. Re-roll the film and cut in the center diagonally. Happy Cooking Time.
