Easy Enoki Beef Rolls

Easy Enoki Beef Rolls

These Easy Enoki Beef Rolls are alleged to be one among the tastiest Japanese appetizers we've ever had. Marinated beef strips wrapped in fluffy enoki mushrooms mean these bite-sized chunks are bound to disappear once they get to the table.

INGREDIENTS
400g of beef thin slices 400g of thin slices of beef
200 g of enoki mushrooms 200 g of enoki mushrooms
1 clove , finely chopped 1 clove , finely chopped
1 cm finely chopped ginger 1 cm finely chopped ginger
2 tablespoons soy 2 tablespoons soy
1 tablespoon cooking sake 1 tablespoon cooking sake
1 tablespoon of mirin 1 tablespoon of mirin
1 teaspoon vegetable oil plus extra for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sake, and mirin with 1 tablespoon of sesame sauce during a shallow dish.
2.Place the meat slices on a plate and coat evenly with the seasonings. Let it cool for a minimum of half-hour in order that all the delicious flavors sink into the meat.
3.Meanwhile, stop the enoki roots, leaving enough at rock bottom to permit the mushrooms to stay together. Break it into small pieces and place during a bowl of warm water. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let stand 10 to fifteen minutes to taste. Drain.
4.On a clean surface, stretch a bit of beef. Top with two enoki halves facing opposite directions. Roll the meat tightly round the enoki at a small diagonal in order that it's evenly wrapped. Repeat for the remaining beef slices.
5.Heat vegetable oil during a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bread and cook quickly, turning every jiffy , until golden brown.
6.Once cooked, remove from the pan and transfer to a serving plate. Pour the remaining sauce on top and serve immediately.
