French Onion Beef Casserole
This beef casserole with onion will win hearts around the table. Filled with beef, French onion dip, and noodles - this casserole dish is delicious, full of flavor, and so comforting!
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup fried onions
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 container (16 oz.) French onion dip
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
First, preheat the oven to 350 ° F and grease a 10 inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.
Then, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and place the noodles in a large bowl. Put aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.
In the large bowl with the noodles, add the onion dip, condensed soup and sour cream. Stir until well combined, then stir in cheese and ground beef.
