1 onion

1 carrot

1 crudites

1 medium potato

2-3 cloves of garlic

5 mushrooms

4 leaves of rosemary or thyme alone

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

80g / 1/2 cup frozen peas

1 lb hamburger

500g / 17oz puff pastry

wheat flour

salt and pepper to taste

1 beaten egg


1.Preheat your oven to 350F / 180C and take away the dough from the fridge to melt it a touch . Peel the onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut all the vegetables into equal parts. Put a skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil , chop the rosemary and chop the garlic and increase the pan.
