Keto Creamy Broccoli with Bacon

Keto Creamy Bacon Broccoli is an unforgettable side dish! Seared broccoli and crispy bacon are cooked in a creamy parmesan and garlic sauce! Topped with bubbling mozzarella.


  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup raw bacon (about 4-6 slices) chopped into small pieces (optional)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, chopped or crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper optional
  • 1/4 cup optional Parmesan
  • 1 cup heavy cream or light cream or half and half
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese, or your favorite soft cheese


First, preheat the oven to 400F. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chopped bacon, 2 to 3 minutes or until almost crisp.

Then, remove the bacon from the pan and in the same pan add the butter, garlic, broccoli, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant. Add heavy cream, cheese and cooked bacon.

Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and broccoli is cooked to desired doneness. Serve as a side dish or eat as a main meal! Happy Cooking Time.
