Pizza Quesadillas


Pizza Quesadillas


Easy and FAST, these Pizza Quesadillas are healthy dinners ready in only 15 minutes! A kid's favorite, personalized "pizzadillas" for every dinner - with just 3 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
1 tortilla
2 tablespoons of marinara or pizza sauce
1/4 tsp. grated mozzarella cheese
Optional additions: grated Parmesan cheese, pepperoni slices, mushrooms, onions, peppers, sausages, or a pizza topping of your choice
For dipping: hot marinara sauce


INSTRUCTIONS
1.Heat a flat baking sheet or large skillet over medium heat.
Spread marinara sauce over half the tortilla. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and another filling of your choice. Add another layer of mozzarella on top of the topping.

2.Fold the tortilla up.

3.Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray and cook the quesadillas, 2 to three minutes per side or until golden brown. Place it on a chopping board and let the quesadilla cool for a couple of minutes. dig triangles and serve.
