The Best One-pot cheeseburger pasta

This pasta dish combines two of our favorite dishes, burgers and cheese. Made in one pot, simple and delicious, these one pot cheeseburger pasta is sure to be the star of your future dinners.


  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 4 cups (960 mL) chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chopped pickles.
  • pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 1 lb (455 g) extra lean ground beef
  • 2 medium fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of gold sukrin (or another sweetener of your choice)
  • 300g (10.5 oz) uncooked penne pasta (or other pasta of your choice)
  • 120g (4oz) cheddar cheese (4xHEa's) - set aside a little to sprinkle on top when cooked
  • chopped fresh italian parsley
  • Spray oil


First, add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt and black pepper to a small bowl and stir to combine.

Then, spray a skillet over medium-high heat with oil spray, add ground beef and onion and cook until browned.

Add the spices, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and sukrin and toss to coat.

Stir in the penne pasta.

Add the broth, bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10-12 min

Remove the lid, add the chopped pickles and cheddar cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and covers everything in the pan.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh Italian parsley and reserved cheddar cheese.

To be enjoyed with an accompanying salad. Happy Cooking Time.
