Yaki Udon with Shrimp
yaki Udon may be a dish of Japanese stir-fried noodles mixed with savory broth. Combine the udon noodles, prawns, vegetables and broth together and you're wiped out 20 minutes. this is often the simplest comfort fast food!
1 pack of 200g udon noodles
3 tablespoons of oil
8-10 tiger prawns about 100g
1 chopped garlic
1 yellow onion, sliced
8 slices of white mushrooms, about 120g
1 carrot, dig matchsticks
1 white onion, chopped separately
1 tablespoon soy
a pinch of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon isn't ordinary black soy
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
pinch of salt
1.Boil the udon noodles consistent with package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Sprinkle with oil and put aside .
2.Heat 1 tablespoon of oil during a skillet, roast the chopped garlic for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms. Over high heat, stir until cooked. Then add the onions, the white of the leeks and therefore the carrots. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle a touch salt and pepper, then remove the vegetables.
3.In the same skillet, add 2 more tablespoons of oil and browned shrimp. Add soy and a touch salt. Cook until the shrimp is not any longer pink.
4.Then add udon noodles. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly in order that the noodles are slightly crispy evenly.
5.Pour within the sauce. Move.
6.Then add the vegetables.
7.Turn off the warmth and sprinkle with fresh onions.
8.Take a plate and enjoy!
