Biscoff Chocolate Chip Cookies

These amazing Biscoff Chocolate Chip Cookies are an upgraded version of the soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies! Cinnamon, brown sugar, butter and vanilla in each bite. It is imperative to cool the dough. It helps the flavors to develop and prevents the spread.


  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


First, in a large bowl, cream together the butter, Biscoff spread and sugars until light and fluffy. Stir in the egg and vanilla until well combined.

Then, in a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Whisk to combine.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the flour mixture until blended. Add the chocolate chips.

Use a cookie spoon to drop balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the cookie sheets in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Happy Cooking Time.
