Blackberry brownies that will have everyone begging for seconds. A rich brownie base, tangy cheesecake and a sweet blackberry swirl!
- 3 large eggs
- 150g butter
- 75g all-purpose flour
- 200 g blackberries
- 200 g of dark chocolate, ideally 70% cocoa
- 200 g of golden powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
First, grease and line a 23 cm square cake pan. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ / 180 ℃ fan / gas 6.
Then, break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a bowl over a pot of hot water with the butter. Heat gently, stirring, until melted and combined.
Remove the bowl from the heat. add the sugar and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time and stir in. (If the mixture is very hot, let cool slightly before adding the eggs.)
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and mix.
Pour into the prepared pan and distribute the blackberries evenly over the surface.
Bake for about 30 minutes until just cooked through. Cool in the box. Cut into squares to serve. Happy Cooking Time.
