Cashew Cacao Bliss Balls

These Unbaked Cocoa Cashew Nuts Balls are a super simple six-ingredient recipe that comes together incredibly fast. Gluten-free, these vegan bliss balls make a great lunch box snack (where permitted) or a fantastic snack at home.


  • 8 dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of agave syrup or honey
  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened grated coconut


First, add the cashews, dates, cocoa powder and vanilla in a food processor. Mix and while mixing add the agave syrup.

Then, form the mixture into small balls then roll them in a bowl with the coconut until coated. Put in the refrigerator until the balls are hard.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Happy Cooking Time.
