Cheesy Beef Sandwich
Cheese bread with hamburger and cream of mushrooms. it is a favorite hot beef sandwich recipe, dinner classic and always on the spot! This melt, cheese, and meat sandwich is ideal for an off-the-cuff dinner that the entire family will love!
6 rolls of hoagie
2 tablespoons of avocado oil or oil of your choice
1 lb hamburger
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons of McCormick Montreal steak seasoning
1 finely chopped green chili
1 clove , chopped
1 1/4 cups cream of mushroom soup or 10.5 oz. store bought a can of cream of mushroom soup
2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 cups of grated cheddar
1.To make a beef sandwich, first heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil during a skillet. Then add 1 pound of hamburger and 1 small chopped onion and saute for 7-10 minutes over medium-high heat. Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of the Montreal steak seasoning.
2.Then add 1 chopped paprika and 1 chopped clove to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Then add 1 1/4 cups cream of mushroom soup (I used a cream of homemade mushroom soup) and a couple of teaspoons of Worcester sauce . Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for five minutes.
3.Finally, close up the warmth and add 1 1/2 cups of cheddar . Then add the meat and cheese mixture to the hoagie bread. Serve hot with cream of mushroom soup. Enjoy!
