 Chicken Ranch Pasta Bake



Chicken Ranch Pasta Bake may be a simple pasta recipe that's filled with ranch creamy flavor. This recipe is straightforward and delicious!


INGREDIENTS

8 ounces (1/2 lb) of dry penne paste

1 pound boneless, skinless pigeon breast , diced

1 tablespoon of seasoning / ranch dressing mixture

Sauce:

2 tablespoons of salted butter

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning / sauce mixture

1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 liter heavy topping

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Toppings:

1 cup mozzarella cheese

4 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped

Optional chopped fresh parsley


INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a large saucepan of water, boil the penne paste until hard , consistent with package directions. Drain.

2.Season the chicken pieces with the farm seasonings. Spray an outsized nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

3.Cook the chicken within the prepared skillet over medium-high heat until it's not pink within the center; about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on an outsized plate. Tent with aluminium foil to stay warm. Wipe the pan thoroughly in order that you'll cook the sauce.

4.Add butter to a skillet and melt over medium heat. After melting, add the garlic and stir until fragrant; about 1 minute. Enter the seasonings and flour. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Slowly add the heavy topping . Continue cooking and stirring briefly or until the mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and add the parmesan until it's completely melted. Season the sauce with pepper.

5.Add the drained pasta and chicken that has been cooked with ranch dressing within the pan. Stir to combine .

6.Pour this mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch baking sheet. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7.Remove from oven and let stand / chill for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
