Christmas Jello Balls


 Christmas Jello Balls



No cooking, no melting and just one bowl! Mom's Christmas Jelly Balls are one among the simplest cakes you'll make this holiday season!


INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Fussell's or Carnation cream (170 mL)

3 ounce package of Red Jello

2 cups finely grated unsweetened dry coconut - no grated!


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Add the cream to the blending bowl, along side the Jello powder. Stir well to combine .

2.Add 1 1/2 cups of dried coconut to the mixture and stir to mix .

3.Roll the dough into a 1 tablespoon ball. Roll the balls within the remaining coconut to coat them.

4.Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for two hours.


Note

The above steps will produce 18 red Jello balls. to form green balls, repeat all the steps replacing the green Jello with red.
