Creamy Beef And Shells Recipes
Creamy Beef and Shells may be a delicious pasta dish that's perfect for a fast dinner for the entire family! It's rich, flavorful and cheesy and even kids will love it!
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces of medium pasta shells
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 pound hamburger
1 small sweet onion (diced)
5 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dry parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 15 oz can of marinara
3/4 cup cream
1/4 cup soured cream
Halal salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
1 1/2 cups cheddar (freshly grated)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cook pasta consistent with package directions during a large saucepan crammed with salted boiling water and drain.
2.Heat the vegetable oil during a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add hamburger and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes, mash with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat and put aside .
3.In the same skillet, add the diced onions and cook for two minutes, stirring constantly. Add the garlic and cook about 1 minute.
4.Stir in flour until brown, about 1 minute.
5.Add beef broth and stir gradually. Add the marinara sauce and stir within the Italian seasonings, dried parsley, oregano and paprika.
6.Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until it reduces and thickens a touch , about 6 to eight minutes.
7.Enter the cooked pasta, put the meat back.
8.Stir the cream until thoroughly heated, about 1 to 2 minutes. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
9.Stir in soured cream .
10.Stir the cheddar until it's melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
11.Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
