HEALTHY OATMEAL APPLE CAKE



This healthy apple and oatmeal breakfast cake may be a delicious and straightforward food recipe that you simply can cook all week long. it is also ideal for desserts and excellent for teenagers .


INGREDIENTS

1 cup of oats

1 large apple, peeled and chopped

3 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1/2 teaspoon leaven

3 tablespoons of yogurt

2 eggs

1 tablespoon butter or copra oil


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 180C / 350F.

2.Place all of the ingredients during a blender or during a bowl handy blend, but only use 3/4 of the oats. Stir until smooth, then add 1/4 of the oats.

3.Line a smaller baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.

4.Bake for 20 to half-hour or until the toothpicks begin clean.

5.After baking, let the cake cool, slice, put the slices in an airtight container within the refrigerator for a minimum of an hour. Cakes recover over time as they cool. To be enjoyed for breakfast or dessert.
