 Keto Cabbage Soup Recipe



Cabbage Soup Recipe Keto is a nutritious and delicious soup made with cabbage, hamburger and tomatoes. Hot, pot, family favorite, perfect for cold weather.

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

6 cups grated cabbage

1 lb hamburger

15 ounces of canned tomatoes - diced

1 large onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

5 cups bone broth - preferably beef

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 herb


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Heat the olives during a large saucepan. Add chopped onions and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add garlic, hamburger , salt and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat, mash the meat with a wooden spatula, until crushed, 7 to eight minutes.

2.Add canned tomatoes, cabbage, bay leaves, thyme, oregano, paprika and stock.

3.Boil 25 minutes, until the cabbage is cooked and tender.

4.Season with more salt and black pepper.
