Million Dollar Spaghetti

 Million Dollar Spaghetti

Million Dollar Baked Spaghetti is cream with melted cheese center, topped with extra sparkling meat sauce and cheese. it had been sort of a cross between grilled ziti and lasagna with half the effort!


1 pound of spaghetti, cooked two minutes from the directions and drain

1 pound hamburger

1 medium onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

Halal salt and pepper to taste (I used 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)

6 cups of marinara sauce is quick and straightforward

8 ounces of cheese , softened

3 cups grated mozzarella cheese

chopped parsley (optional as a garnish)


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.In a large skillet, add beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook on high power.

3.Once golden, close up the warmth , drain the remaining liquid within the pan and blend during a cup of marinara sauce.

4.Add the cooked spaghetti to the remaining 5 cups of marinara sauce and blend well.

5.Combine the cheese and a couple of cups of mozzarella cheese during a bowl.

6.Add half the pasta / sauce to rock bottom.

7.Add the cheese mixture and sprinkle with the remaining pasta / sauce mixture.

8.Add the meat sauce mixture to the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.

9.Cover and cook for half-hour.

10.Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
