SAUSAGE BALLS
The sausage balls assemble in minutes to form bite-sized snacks, packed with flavor and perfect for dipping! Soft, meaty and of course - delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cookie mix
- 6 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pound of ground beef sausage
Take a dip
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard or regular Dijon mustard
Instructions
First, combine all the ingredients for the dip in a small bowl. Refrigerate.
Then, preheat the oven to 350 ° F
Combine cookie mix, cheese and ground sausage in a bowl. Mix well until the mixture is moist and holds together.
Using a tablespoon, form balls.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Happy Cooking Time.
Recipe Notes
If you don't have cookie mix, mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and ⅓ cup of shortening. Mix the mixture in a food processor until the shortening is incorporated.
