Best Rocky Road Candy
Clusters of crunchy peanuts, gooey marshmallows and creamy milk chocolate make this rocky road impossible to resist. Simply melt the chocolate in the microwave or double boiler, then add the peanuts and marshmallows. So easy and perfect as a homemade gift.
Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped peanuts
- ¾ cup of peanut butter
- 3 cups of mini marshmallows
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Instructions
First, line a 9 x 9-inch pan with foil.
Then, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat until smooth.
Stir in the nuts and remove from the heat. Let cool 3-4 minutes.
Add marshmallows and toss to coat.
Spread in pan and refrigerate until firm.
