Chewy Sugar Cookies
I'm an enormous fan of sugar cookies. There's something i really like about sugar cookies that are simple, chewy, and perfectly made.
3/4 cup unsalted butter, temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup lightly packaged sugar
1/4 cup light syrup
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon flavorer
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons leaven
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
great decorating sugar
1.Preheat the oven to 375 ° F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick silicone baking sheet. employing a blender, beat the butter, sugar and sugar . Add syrup , egg extract, vanilla and lemon and blend well.
2.In another large bowl, beat together flour, salt, leaven and bicarbonate of soda .
3.Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring thoroughly after each addition.
4.Use 1/2 tablespoon to roll out the dough and roll it into a ball. Place the sugar to be garnished during a small bowl and roll the dough ball into the sugar to coat it. Place them on the prepared baking sheet . (If you are feeling the dough is just too soft, put it within the refrigerator for about 20 minutes and it'll be hard enough to figure .)
5.Bake for about 10 minutes or until the sides start to brown, being careful to not take too long. Let it cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before moving it to a cooling rack.
6.Do it gradually until all the dough runs out. Store the chilled cookies in an airtight container.
